Excellent workplace visit to ESH at Calton Hill with Forrester and St Augustine’s Year 2 pupils. Pupils got the chance to view behind the scenes redevelopment work to open up the 19th-century ‘birthplace of astronomy and timekeeping in Edinburgh’ for public use and create a new restaurant and gallery space.

Pupils got the chance learn about the history of the area but also got to experience the beautiful views from the roof of the gallery!
